Andrew Croll
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
A B Croll Resources is headed by Andrew Croll alongside an experienced executive management team. With more than 29 years of financial and operational experience across the copper, molybdenum, gold, coal, iron ore, industrial minerals, and lithium extraction and processing sectors, Mr. Croll has built a reputation for leadership in advanced materials and critical minerals development.
Throughout his career, Mr. Croll has played a central role in shaping and executing the company’s project generation strategy, including the negotiation of multiple joint venture agreements with both major and junior mining companies to finance and operate the Advanced Materials Processing Plant in Fujairah, U.A.E. He is widely recognized as a strong advocate for establishing a low cost, early to market lithium supply chain and has guided the evolution of A B Croll Resources toward the sustainable development of one of the Middle East’s first lithium compounds processing facilities.
Mr. Croll holds a Master of Science in Materials Economics and Industrial Sciences from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgical Engineering from the The University of Manchester.
Serving in capacities including Project Director, Technical Consultant, and Construction Manager, he has overseen the delivery of several large scale and technically complex projects spanning Austin, Texas, the Middle East, and China. His previous experience includes senior and executive leadership positions in process design and implementation with Augusta Resource Corporation and Wildcat Silver Corporation, as well as serving as Administrative Director responsible for overseeing group metals analysis at Molycorp.
